Friday Journal

This week I learned not to leave everything for the last minute. When I procrastinate I get very stressed and anxious. In biology I learned about DNA and heredity. In Spanish class we took a test and I got an "A." :) In English I learned that adults will continue to argue even when they know they're wrong, I also learned some new words. In math I didn't really learn anything new. I learned how to write a feature in Journalism. In Early Childhood I learned how to make lesson plans. I can't wait until this week is over! Winter break is going to be the best!

Friday Journal

This week I learned not to rely on other people for help. I guess if you want help, you have to help your self. There are a lot of people in my life and I've realized that not all of them are going to be there for me when I need them the most. I've learned, with adults just to shut your mouth. They always think they're right anyways. I don't like the fact that adults think they should be treated with respect just because they are older than you are. In my opinion respect is earned, and why should I have respect for someone who is rude to me first? Just because they are my elders? I don't think so.

Friday Journal

This week I learned the importance of organization. Being organized helps you with being sucessful in your highschool career. It's a lot easier to find your assignments for class when you know where everything is, and you don't have to have a scavenger hunt for your things. I thought I was going to have a very bad grade in my English class, since I don't really put much effort towards my work. I got an "A" and I want to keep it that way. So, maybe I'll start applying myself in all of my classes.

Friday Journal

This week was alright. I learned how to look up books in the library. Jasmyne threw a piece of lead in my eye! But I got it out. I'm doing pretty good in math this year! :) We're learning inequalities and percents. I love my math teacher, he lets me go to the bathroom a lot.

In Journalism we had a spelling test, it was pretty easy. I can tell that I'm not going to like Biology class. It's so boring and I'm not too fond of my teacher.
